The Bryan - Bulloch Groundwater Sustainability Program (GSP) is a joint initiative of both Bryan and Bulloch Counties intended to provide mitigation and technical assistance to owners of Floridan Aquifer private drinking water wells and agricultural wells experiencing a significant lowering of water levels within these wells. The Mitigation Program includes two tracks, click the links to the side to learn more about each.

If your household has lost access to Floridan Aquifer drinking water or agricultural water, please call the GSP to arrange emergency bottled water supplies within 24-hours and an interim measure (such as a water tank) within 72-hours. Tenants or well owners may call to arrange.
